Test of resistance to corrosion on a ventilated wall according to regulation UNI ISO 9227.
This laboratory test determines the resistance of a Ventilated Facade in anodised and non-anodised aluminium alloy with porcelain tile cladding, so as to measure the resistance to corrosion of its metallic components in extreme environmental conditons.
The results of the test prove that the sample does not undergo alterations that in any way compromise the mechanical and structural characteristics of the structure.

CERTIFICATE IST. GIORDANO: ACOUSTICS TEST
Soundproofing test on a ventilated wall according to regulation UNI EN ISO 140/3 and UNI EN ISO 717/1.
This laboratory test determines the soundproofing properties of a Ventilated Facade with porcelain tile facings and natural stone facings with insulating panels in fibreglass.
The test results prove that the sample has provided soundproofing benefits, as shown in the results attached.

CERTIFICATE IST. GIORDANO: ALI Q - PRESSURE AND DEPRESSURISATION
Wind resistance test on a ventilated wall.
This laboratory test is performed with the pressure and depressurisation of a portion of a Ventilated Facade with ALI Q structure and slabs of porcelain tile 60x80 cm fixed horizontally.
The test results prove that the sample resisted to a pressure and a depressurisation equal to 4500 Pa. without any distortion or tearing.

Wind resistance test on a ventilated wall.
This laboratory test is performed with the pressure and depressurisation of a portion of a Ventilated Facade with ALI SR structure and slabs of porcelain tile 60x80 cm fixed horizontally.
The test results prove that the sample resisted to a pressure and depressurisation equal to 4000 Pa. without any distortion or tearing.

Soft body shock test on a ventilated wall.
This laboratory test determines the resistance of a Ventilated Facade in porcelain tile cladding, hit by a soft object.
The results of the test prove that the sample resisted impacts of considerable strength, as shown in the results attached.

Flame resistance test on a ventilated wall with the ALI FIRE system, according to regulation UNI EN 1363-1 of 2001.
This laboratory test determines the fire resistance of a Ventilated Facade with porcelain tile cladding that has been given a fireproofing structure (Ali-Fire system).
The test results prove that the ALI FIRE fireproofed facade sample delays the spreading of flames and smoke along the facade.
