Aliva systems are designed so that no damage is ever caused to the structure or the external face, no matter what the external weather conditions might be.
The quality of Aliva materials is such that it ensures structural resistance against the corrosive chemical agents of the atmosphere.
Aliva’s production is typically represented by beams and profiles in aluminium alloy AlMgSi Alloy 6063, which complies with DIN 18516 regulations and with a minimum thickness of 2 mm.
The range of services that Aliva offers its customers is made up as follows:
1. Planning
Within our own Technical Workshop, projects are developed starting from the original architectural idea, selection of the external face materials, modular design of the facade and its thermoacoustic characteristics.
All of the above lead us to choose the most appropriate structure.
In detail, a project is comprised of the following elements:
• Final architectural tables
• Structural tables
• Detail tables
• Table of facings
• Table of elements making up the substructure
• Structural calculation report
Aliva, thanks to the experience and know-how of its technical staff, is capable of facing and solving the constantly diverse problems that can arise when developing and reworking specific architectural ideas.
2. Installation
Installing a ventilated facade is handled by Aliva’s experienced and qualified staff who assemble the substructures and the faces according to design guidelines.
3. Assistance at the building site
In addition to supplying and installing the façade Aliva can, if necessary, provide project managers to oversee the installation process ensuring the highest levels of quality.
Even when only supplying materials and plans, Aliva offers an assistance service for the timeframe needed to interact with the technicians and installers on site and for organising the installation programme in the most effective way.
Aliva considers planning, assembly and assistance at the building site as one integral service, an added value which is absolutely necessary for an excellent result and which answers to the technical/planning requirements of the work.
