Aluminum rainscreen system and aluminum ventilated facade by Aliva
Aluminum rainscreen systemAlucovering® cladding profiles are made of extruded aluminium alloy and are available in different shapes and in heights of up to 500 mm. Painted with polymerised polyester powders in thicknesses of not less than 60 microns (in accordance with the Qualicoat standard) or oxidized, in thicknesses of not less than 15 microns, in accordance with current regulations regarding anodic oxidation for outdoor use (in accordance with the Qualanod standard), with a choice of colour from a palette of over 400 possible finishes.
The aluminium alloy used in the production of aluminum ventilated facade Alucovering conforms to the EN AW-6060 [AL MgSi] standard complying to European standards EN 573.3 with T5 temper designation and minimum mechanical properties according to European standard EN 755.2
Ultimate tensile strength Rm 190 MPa
Limit elasticity load Rp0.2 150 MPa
Minimum elongation % 8
FIRE RESISTANCE CLASS: A1
The Alucovering® cladding is made totally of solid aluminium and therefore, poses no danger of fire.
Classified as A1 by the European standard EN 13501, it does not release any toxic gases or create any fumes. It melts at very high temperatures, without causing fire and without emitting toxic gases. Alucovering® is fireproof.
ALUCOVERING PIANA F
Alucovering Piana F is the substructure and extruded aluminum panels system patented by Aliva for aluminum rainscreen systems or ventilated facades.
The Alucovering Piana F panel is obtained by the extrusion of a smooth shape, composed of specific slots that allow to create a continuous coating with concealed fixings and 8 mm joints between the panels. The panels can have both horizontal and vertical orientation.
ALUCOVERING PIANA
Alucovering Piana is the substructure and extruded aluminum panels system patented by Aliva for aluminum rainscreen systems or ventilated facades.
The Alucovering Piana panel is obtained by the extrusion of a smooth shape, composed of specific slots that allow to create a continuous coating with concealed fixings, and no visible joints between the panels, for a seamless effect. The panels can have both horizontal and vertical orientation.
ALUCOVERING ONDA
Alucovering Onda is the substructure and extruded aluminum panels system patented by Aliva for aluminum rainscreen systems or ventilated facades.

DESIGN YOUR OWN PROFILE
In addition to the "standard" shapes in the catalogue, we can produce special shapes and sizes, to personalised designs in order to satisfy the demands of the professional who wants to add a personal touch to the aluminum rainscreen system cladding.
The real plus of Alucovering, are the finishes, which can be obtained by painting and anodizing.
The aesthetic effects that can be obtained are practically infinite and can be customized on request.
These are the finishes in the catalog, but they are only a small part of those that can be obtained.
