Terranova Retail Store – Misano World Circuit

DESIGN Arch. Luigi Bellettini OBJECT A project that combines contemporary aesthetics with technical performance, set in one of the most iconic spaces of the Italian Motor Valley:
the new Terranova retail store, located within the Misano World Circuit, is a high-quality intervention signed by Aliva.
The company managed the complete façade design, as well as the supply and installation of the rainscreen system, covering a total surface area of 5,500 SF.
The external cladding was executed using Alucovering Piana F, while the Mesh.covering line was used for closure and roofing sheets—a technical and aesthetic solution that adds visual lightness and dynamism to the project. 

The intervention was completed with foundation works and steel structural carpentry, resulting in a final outcome that integrates architecture, branding
and functionality in a high-visibility context. A concrete example of how Aliva’s solutions can enhance retail spaces as well,
with tailor-made systems that combine design, durability, and executional precision.
