The Management of
ALIVA SRL has defined and maintains an up-to-date policy for Quality, Environmental Protection, and Health and Safety at Work for the services offered and provided.
In this context, the main objective of Aliva Srl is to:
Consolidate and develop its position in the market with responses that are increasingly technologically appropriate to customer and market demands, respecting and protecting the environment and the health and safety of workers.
The priority objectives for maintaining and continuously improving products/services, environmental management, and the health and safety system are:
- Ensuring that the service and goods provided comply with the requirements of the laws and regulations in force and the specifications agreed upon with our clients;
- Continuously striving for full customer satisfaction by offering reliable, personalized, timely, and efficient services;
- Preventing injuries, accidents, etc;
- Complying with the current environmental, health, and safety regulations;
- Minimizing any negative impact of its activities/processes on the environment;
- Meeting the needs and expectations of external stakeholders (clients, suppliers, control bodies, public authorities, the general public, etc.);
- Increasing the culture and involvement of human resources towards the Integrated Management System, involving people operating within the company.
To this end, the Management commits, in order to pursue these objectives, to act based on the following principles:
- Ensuring constant satisfaction of external stakeholders;
- Ensuring that company activities/processes are carried out in compliance with applicable environmental laws and regulations, with attention to the protection of workers' health and safety;
- Ensuring that the products/services provided meet customer specifications;
- Preventing, controlling, and reducing waste production, prioritizing recycling where possible;
- Monitoring and rationalizing the consumption of natural resources to reduce waste;
- Properly managing environmental emergency situations;
- Promoting the responsibility of suppliers/contractors towards environmental protection through awareness and information programs;
- Promoting the information and training of personnel to fully understand the importance of their role in avoiding/reducing risks in the workplace, protecting the environment, and meeting both explicit and implicit customer needs;
- Evaluating and controlling health and safety risks in all activities.
- Making every organizational, operational, and technological effort to prevent environmental pollution, eliminate hazards, and reduce health and safety risks at work.
The QUALITY - ENVIRONMENTAL and SAFETY OBJECTIVES are decided and formalized during Management Reviews in collaboration with the responsible functions.
The Management constantly supports and nurtures the Integrated Management System to ensure that it maintains its characteristics of compliance and effectiveness, as it provides the framework that enables the planning, governance, and improvement of processes and the achievement of objectives.
To effectively and efficiently implement the above principles, the Management is committed to:
- Establishing appropriate communication channels to ensure that the Quality - Environment - Safety Policy is understood within the company and made available to interested parties;
- Identifying and providing the resources necessary to achieve the set objectives;
- Reviewing at least once a year, as part of the periodic Management Review, the Integrated Policy and QUALITY - ENVIRONMENTAL and SAFETY OBJECTIVES to verify their level of implementation and effectiveness, as well as their consistency with the Integrated Policy.
