- IVAS ETICS division promotes the concept of the exterior insulation system (KIT) as synonymous with protection and restoration, energy performance upgrading, environmental impact, health and comfort. The brand TermoK8® encompasses several differentiated and specialised systems, accessories, components and finishes. Together they provide the most appropriate solutions to clients’ engineering, architectural or constructional needs, for the most efficient energy management of “building systems”.

- The IVAS POWDERS Division designs and manufactures integrated products and systems for building construction, restoration and renovation, including consolidation, renovation, dehumidification, waterproofing and finishing. Renovation is the most widespread and complex type of intervention in the building sector: the products of the IVAS POWDERS Division, when used in conjunction with those of the IVAS PAINTS Division, form professional application processes that are highly specialised, and are formulated to simply and effectively resolve building defects.

- Insulating panels for buildings
- The IVAS EPS+ division, using the innovative proprietary Ivaspor® technology, introduce and make recycled EPS (sintered expanded polystyrene) insulation panels, mineral fibres and special materials. The entire production process takes place in the new 4.0 plant in San Mauro Pascoli, allowing to obtain the only 100% Made in Italy, sustainable exterior insulation system KIT, km0. The IVAS EPS+ division has obtained the "Remade in Italy" certification, a guarantee of a quality product with an actual recycled content inside.

- The IVAS FLOOR Division carries out design, production and consultancy in connection with high technology resin-based formulations and systems, continuous surfaces and industrial and civil flooring. It offers tailored solutions for every type of surface, assessing their characteristics and identifying the most suitable method of intervention.

- Metropolis® is the brand of the cosmopolitan decorative finishes division: the division designs and manufactures paints, decorative processes and finishes in resin for walls and floors, inspired by the influences of metropolitan exteriors.
