San Marino Outlet Experience officially opened its doors to the public in June 2021 with an area of 19,000 square meters including shops, food terrace, work lounge areas and family playground. The complex was designed by One Works in close synergy with Aliva, which has followed all the stages from the development of the executive design of the facade architecture and every detail of its construction, to the realization of over 32,000 square meters of walls and walls. The realization, integrated in the landscape of the historic Mount Titano, has already won the famous architecture award "The Plan Award 2016" as the best retail project.
The final event of the FX AWARDS will take place in London c/o Grosvenor House Hotel, Wednesday 29 November 2023. On this occasion the winning project of the Best Global Project category will be announced.
