Concrete.covering enhances any rainscreen system project with its modern aesthetics, with a strong essential character, creating delicate tactile and visual sensations that contrast with a core of strong industrial inspiration.

Concrete.covering is the stylistic narrative of concrete at the service of rainscreen system solutions for new large-scale urban coverings with enhanced physical, functional and performance characteristics. The cladding panels are made from Ultra High Performance Concrete (UHPC), which allows for thin, large, flat surfaces with low weight and high durability to be achieved. The incorporation of glass fibre reinforcement provides optimum mechanical bending strength and tensile strength, allowing the production of modules with a size of up to 47" by 157" and a thickness of 5/8" nom.

The EN AW-6063 T6/T66 (AlMgSi) aluminum alloy substructure system is made up of extruded brackets and risers of suitable section, connected by means of AISI 304 and 316 stainless steel fittings. The concealed fastening system is achieved by making suitable undercut holes in the panel, which are designed at the production stage to accommodate Keil-type expansion anchors.

Concrete.covering features a wide range of mass-coloured finishes for natural, brushed and bush-hammered solutions that enhance the nature of the cement material and all its different forms of expression. Machining surfaces using 3D shapes opens up a host of additional architectural possibilities.
