Concrete.covering enhances any ventilated facade project with its modern aesthetics, with a strong essential character, creating delicate tactile and visual sensations that contrast with a core of strong industrial inspiration.

Concrete.covering is the stylistic narrative of concrete at the service of ventilated facade solutions for new large-scale urban coverings with enhanced physical, functional and performance characteristics. The cladding panels are made from Ultra High Performance Concrete (UHPC), which allows for thin, large, flat surfaces with low weight and high durability to be achieved. The incorporation of glass fibre reinforcement provides optimum mechanical bending strength and tensile strength, allowing the production of modules with a size of up to 1200 x 4000 mm and a thickness of 15 mm.

The EN AW-6063 T6/T66 (AlMgSi) aluminium alloy substructure system is made up of extruded brackets and risers of suitable section, connected by means of AISI 304 and 316 stainless steel fittings. The concealed fastening system is achieved by making suitable undercut holes in the panel, which are designed at the production stage to accommodate Keil-type expansion anchors.
