DESIGN Stride Treglown
OBJECT For the new buildings of Polden Corner, Aliva was tasked with designing a luxurious aluminium facade and a support structure for stone elements. Aliva's stunning Alucovering aluminium facade and 5000 square metres of natural stone facade with Ali Stone 2 substructure contributed to the building being honoured by the 2019 Insider South West Residential Property Awards by being selected for the "Student Housing Development of the Year" category.
