DESIGN Enrique Feldman SYSTEM ALI Q OBJECT Torre Premier – Las Mercedes, Caracas (Venezuela)
Technology, design, and independence: Torre Premier stands as one of the new architectural icons of Caracas' urban landscape,
located in the prestigious district of Las Mercedes. This residential building has been designed to offer the highest standards in terms of comfort, security, and automation,
with the façade design serving as a distinctive expression of its innovative character.

Aliva handled the design, supply, and installation support for approximately 6,500 m² of ventilated façade,
built using the ALI Q system and clad with 120x60 cm porcelain stoneware tiles, installed horizontally.
This technologically advanced solution was chosen not only for its technical performance,
but also for its aesthetic value, giving the building envelope a contemporary, clean look that aligns with the project’s identity. 

The decision to adopt a ventilated façade reflects a broader commitment to sustainable construction solutions
that enhance indoor comfort, reduce environmental impact, and foster a virtuous balance between architecture and the environment.

With Torre Premier, Aliva reaffirms its role as an international partner for sustainable and high-tech architecture,
